About us...

CYPT was established in 1997 and became a Company Limited by Guarantee in 2002.  It is governed by a Board of Trustees comprising the Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer, together with 3 ordinary members, who have specific roles within the Board. Many of the Board members bring to the task substantial management experience derived from their work in other organisations, and there is an appropriate range of skills and experience present including additional support for learning, education, finance, charity governance.
