We currently have 12 registered members of staff. They include Joyce Petrie (Acting Project Manager), Carol Bell, and Jennifer Caine (Compass Workers) and Angela Houghton (Rural Skills Training Co-ordinator), Isla Grahame (Bridgend Manager), Hilary O’Donnell (Administrator), Charlene Morgan ( Youth Worker), We have 3 sessional workers covering minibus driving and relief youthwork.  They are Peter McFarlane, Megan Scott and Sally

Future Jobs Fund Posts

We have recently secured funding to employ 3 future jobs Fund Team members.  They will receive minimum wage and will be trained in different aspects of our work.  The will be supported by Angela.  We have recruited 2 people so far. They are Ritchie and Lauren.

Volunteers

We have volunteers who support our activities.  Our general youth work volunteers have recently undertaken a range of training in preparation for moving into the Bridgend.

Trustees

We have a board of Trustees who are volunteers, elected by our membership to oversee the work of the trust.

Vacancies

We are currently recruiting for a new Project manager. – Interviews to be held later this month.
We have 2 vacancies for Trainee youth Workers under the future Jobs fund initiative.  These posts are open to registered unemployed people who are interested in youth work.  The last for 6 months and pay the minimum wage.  For further information please contact Angela on 01877 330141 or call in at the jobcentre.
